We stand behind every garment that carries your name. Because when your identity is on the label, the standard isn't just high — it's personal.
What We Accept
Manufacturing Defects - Full Refund or Replacement - No Question Asked
If your garment arrives with a printing error, stitching defect, fabric flaw, or any quality issue that doesn't meet the Bonave standard — we take full responsibility. No questions. No debate. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll offer you a full refund or a fresh replacement — your choice.
This includes: misprints, ink smudges, incorrect name spelling, wrong size shipped, fabric tears or holes on arrival, significant colour deviation from the product image.
Wrong Item Received — Full Refund or Replacement
If we shipped the wrong product, wrong size, or wrong design — that's on us entirely. Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
What We Cannot Accept
Personalised Orders — Non-Returnable
Every Bonave Studio garment is made-to-order and personalised with your name. Once your name is printed, the garment is uniquely yours and cannot be resold or restocked. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Incorrect name entered by the customer at checkout (please double-check before placing your order)
- Slight colour variation between screen display and printed garment (this is normal due to screen calibration differences)
- Natural characteristics of the fabric (minor texture variations in cotton are a sign of authenticity, not a defect)
- Garments that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@bonavestudio.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include: Your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description
- We respond within 24 hours — usually faster
- If approved, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, or ship a replacement immediately
You do not need to return the defective garment. Keep it or donate it — we don't believe in wasting fabric.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement — before production begins. Once your garment enters production (name printing and crafting), cancellation is no longer possible as the product is already being personalised for you.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged during transit, please do not accept the delivery or contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Yes. Every Bonave Studio garment is personalised with your name and made-to-order — which means it's crafted exclusively for you the moment you place your order. For this reason, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. However, if your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or wrong item — we take full responsibility. Reach out within 7 days with a photo, and we'll refund or replace it. No questions asked. Your name is on it — we don't take that lightly.
When will I get my order?
Your garment is crafted after you order — this isn't fast fashion pulled from a shelf. Production takes 3–5 business days, because your name deserves precision, not speed. Once shipped, delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location within India. You'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp the moment your order is dispatched. Total estimated time: 8–12 business days from order to doorstep.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every Bonave Studio garment is manufactured in India by our trusted production partners. We use premium DTG and DTF printing technology on fabrics sourced for quality — including 100% Supima cotton (160/220/260 GSM) and cotton-elastane blends. The printing, labelling, quality check, and packaging all happen domestically. We're proudly Indian-made, with globally benchmarked quality standards. Your name goes on a garment crafted with the same care as any international luxury label.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders above ₹999 ship free across India - because if you're trusting us with your name, the least we can do is deliver it to your door. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies. All orders are shipped with tracking enabled, and you'll receive updates via email and WhatsApp at every stage — from production to dispatch to delivery.
